Field Training

As a new agent, it is important that you understand our processes to accelerate your growth.

A recommendation of 3-5 training appointments is highly suggested.

Any appointments done with a field trainer will be split 50/50 with the agent. Once the agent does appointments alone, he or she will no longer be asked to split with the trainer.
